Good points. City have spent heavily over the last few years on young players and they cant all be bad buys or not good enough for the first team in the future. Surely the idea of investing in youth is to help them develop so we dont have to be splashing out 30mill plus. Bojinov, Caceido, Garrido, Hart, Jo may all become better players under Mancini and will save the owners from splashing another 200 mill when its time for Bellamy, Benjani, Bridge, Given, and others to take up a coaching role. I also think even though Elano was a great player he was very lazy at tracking back and could have been a disruptive influence on Jo and Robinho. We have Mark Hughes (who i liked) to thank for sorting that particular problem and i think Roberto can further aid these players development.

Hi Clev
Jo will get another chance under Mancini but its up to him whether he takes it, as you say we have way too many strikers ATM so I think Mancini has to be a bit ruthless..
Id rather keep Boj but I hear he doesnt want to come back to us.
cheers

I too I would think Bojinov could really shine under Mancini and I was hoping his loan was only for the purpose of getting him back to full match fitness.

Just want to clarify that Hughes did not sign Jo. I am almost certain that this was a Cook/Thaskin engineered transfer.
